Q: Why should I become a registered user?
If you are a registered user, you are not required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you purchase via our website. Other than that, you can check your order status via logging in to your account.

Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
What you need to do is click Lost your Password on the login page and enter your email or username to reset your password.

What kinds of payment methods do you provide?
For Malaysia Customer,

Q: Can I exchange sizes or designs if I don’t like them?
You cannot exchange sizes based on the reason above.

Q: If I receive the wrong sizes or designs, can I change it?
Yes, you have to screenshot order details and send received item pictures to the Customer Service representative.

Q: Can I exchange my item for a new size?
Yes but based on stock availability. Stock availability is not based on website stocks count, you have to enquiry Customer Service Representative for stock availability.
Please note that our end will not compensate for your shipping fees, you have to pay for the new shipping fee for the exchanges. 

Delivery within West Malaysia will take 3-5 Business days, East Malaysia 7-10 business days and international delivery will take 20– 30 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It is customer’s responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after order confirmation is sent via email.

Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order and has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers.
